Service Description
Circuit training is a workout where you combine cardio and strength training. During the class, you cycle through a series of timed exercises which are performed one after the other, with minimal rest between each exercise. The workout taxes your muscular strength, endurance and cardiovascular system. Each circuit will consist of a traditional Barre movement and/or typical Barre approach to fatiguing the muscles. We will complete multiple rounds of the circuit workout, followed by a short abdominal circuit and cool down that we will do together.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. Life happens, but if you forget to cancel your reservation and don't make it to class (No-shows) or cancel your reservation within 4-hours of class, you will be charged for the missed class.
