Service Description

Circuit training is a workout where you combine cardio and strength training. During the class, you cycle through a series of timed exercises which are performed one after the other, with minimal rest between each exercise. The workout taxes your muscular strength, endurance and cardiovascular system. Each circuit will consist of a traditional Barre movement and/or typical Barre approach to fatiguing the muscles. We will complete multiple rounds of the circuit workout, followed by a short abdominal circuit and cool down that we will do together.

Cancelation Policy

Due to limited class capacity, Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to Cancel or Reschedule. This will give our other members an opportunity to sign up for class. No-Shows and last-minute Cancelations will be charged for the class. Thank you for your consideration.
