Service Description

Tone, Strengthen & Lengthen! ALL LEVELS WELCOME. During Barre class, you will perform a combination of exercises inspired by Ballet, Pilates, Yoga & Strength-Training. Your muscles will feel the burn (and begin to shake) as you complete a series of high-repetition, small-range isometric movements (i.e. holding your body still while you contract specific muscle groups).
